Program Objectives
This training aims to support teachers' intellectual, personal, professional, emotional and social development. The content is designed to develop teachers as leaders who teach learning.
Activities are used as a part of the training and a "learner-oriented" study is carried out. The content of the training is based on the constructivist approach and is associated with the General Qualifications for the Teaching Profession.
With the school-based professional development approach, it is one of the important goals of education that teachers who share the same school culture develop collegial solidarity.
The training was organised in a way suitable for learning by doing and experiencing. Thanks to the work carried out in small groups during the trainings, each teacher can express himself/herself more easily, the role of each of them in group interactions increases and their gains are high.
During the training program, the following topics will be covered:
- Effective Communication
- Dealing with Resistance
- Team Management and Behavioural Leadership
- Continuity of Flow and Rhythm
- Rules and Application Steps
- Management of Problem Behaviours
- Reinforcement of Positive Behaviours
- Measurement and Evaluation
In addition, participants who will be included in the social learning group to be created will be a part of the professional learning community.
Who Can Participate in the Program?
Classroom and subject teachers working in the primary and secondary education levels of state schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education can apply to the program.
Duration and Schedule
The training will last for a total of two days.
Certificate of Participation
Participants who complete the asynchronous content of the program on time and attend all synchronous sessions will be able to access the Ministry of National Education Seminar Certificate digitally from their personal MEBBIS pages.
Certificate of Participation
articipants who attended the programme for 2 (two) full days will be able to view their local in-service training documents on their personal MEBBIS pages. The related procedures will be carried out by school administrators.
