Program Objectives

This training program, designed with synchronous and asynchronous content, aims to help teachers understand the changing understanding of learning and to guide them in discovering the knowledge and skills necessary to keep up with this change.

Using brain-based learning theory, this training is designed for teachers who want to know what and why they are doing something, as it offers methods that address individual student characteristics, provide opportunities for self-learning, and cover online learning.

The program's goal is to help teachers design change with rich teaching methods, activities that facilitate understanding, and an action plan for change.

Synchronous: Concurrent sessions that require participation online at a specified time.

Asynchronous: Sessions that can be completed at any time based on individual preference during the program.
